The practice.

Every engagement begins the same way: a conversation, a conflict check, and a written scope with a defined fee. I take a limited number of matters at a time — the model does not scale, and that is deliberate.

— Diagnosis. We define the matter precisely: what is being acquired, moved, structured or resolved, in what timeline, and what could go wrong. You receive a written plan and a fixed fee before any work begins.

— Execution. I coordinate vetted specialists — legal, banking, government relations, property — under one line of reporting. You deal with one person.

— Follow-through. A closed transaction is not a finished matter. Renewals, filings and housekeeping are either handed over in order or kept under my watch, as you prefer.
